I got my so clean And have no problem with it except for I cannot find paperwork to do the rebate that I was told I would get it, I have tried to call but cannot get anyone to answer. Impressed I have always been pleased with SleepDirect for my CPAP needs. I can get CPAP supplies through my medical provider that are covered by my insurance, but the company is a pain to deal with. With SleepDirect, I can order supplies and equipment without all the hassles and their prices are fair.

I ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.
