When I looked at my email I saw the mistake and called to try to get it changed before it actually shipped. The lady I talked to was so nice but said she wasn't sure she could get it changed. Positive experience to say the least! This is not a good company to deal with, it's a GREAT COMPANY to deal with, as their customer service is second to none! Products I purchased from SLEEPDIRECT are good, but receiving them rapidly with friendly and efficient service is a real treat these days. I absolutely hate dealing with CPAP/medical supply companies, until I found SLEEPDIRECT that is. These people really came through for me when I was in a life-size bind, and I can't say enough positive things about them.
