GBImproved customer service Spoke with Greg and he explained what was happening and apologized and not responding to my June email on the topic. I appreciated his willingness to listen and explain. Very poor customer service. Will not respond to inquiries about options since my Dream Station Go I purchased from them has been recalled. Philips recommends users contact their DME. I would like to know what I can use. They do not want to be bothered apparently even though they were happy to take my money!

GBTranscend 3 Mini CPAP order I ordered a Transcend 3 Mini CPAP for travel. Ordering and confirmation of RX was uncomplicated and order arrived well packaged, undamaged, on time with free UPS delivery. Follow up questions I had were answered quickly and completely. I will definately utilize Sleep Direct for supplies when needed.

GBHonestly I never cleaned my parts… Honestly I never cleaned my parts everyday like recommended so having the Soclean has been a blessing. I can tell the difference of being cleaned daily vs not. The only thing that I do not like is that the adapter hose is made of rubber and I can't stand the smell. But oh well... I'll rather deal with the rubbery smell vs not being cleaned. I definitely highly recommend. And the greatest part is you can use your FSA/HSA account. 😃
