I decided to purchase the Osaki Alpine Pro and the delivery was completed within 7-days. Wow! I'm very satisfied with the Osaki Alpine Pro. I ordered the chocolate color. It looks fantastic! After getting the chair inside it took about 35 minutes for me to unbox and set it up. That's it! The experience of receiving a massage in my home, anytime of day, and selecting the type and duration of massage has made it worth it to my wife, our children and I. I'm 6'4 and my wife is 5'2". The automatic leg extension feature accommodates my leg length by simply pressing my toes when I need to stop it from retracting back. My wife and our youngest daughter, age 10, use it with the leg fully retracted. This thing is a dream! I highly recommend it!

From ordering, confirmation, scheduling and follow up they were top notch. I received emails informing me of the status of my order, delivery date and use and care video links. After the “white glove” installation, I received a nice thank you email. Unexpectedly, a few weeks after delivery I received an unexpected and thoughtful gift via UPS! That’s what I call customer service. BTW - I love the chair. An added benefit of my massage chair is the relaxation felt after a heated massage. I often find myself dozing off in the reclined position. Once I stand up I feel like a new man. 😁

Delivery????? ordered a chair 13 days ago still hasnt shipped, may not be easy massage chair fault, but could have went picked up chair at a dealer but they assured me delivery 7-9 days.
