GBSoft and comfortable. Over the years, I've purchased several neck warmers from different companies. The fleece covering on the one from BioMed DB Design is soft and luxurious. The lavender scent is strong, which I like, but would recommend the unscented one for anyone who does not absolutely love the scent of lavender.

GBI was disappointed in the size that I… I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.
