I haven't gotten a clear explanation about exactly why there is an issue, but it's clear that the blotch on the xray from the bag of rice is the problem. I haven't decided whether to abandon the pillow or try to figure out another support solution. I tried the pillow without the insert, but it doesn't have enough support if your head is above the seat head rest.

I was disappointed in the size that I… I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.
