I also found their sales rep (Rick), whom I spoke via the phone subsequently, knowledgeable about the process and provided details about next steps. I would highly recommend Ogawa World USA for massage chair purchases.

Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

Excited to see My best friend purchased the 3d chair and has been satisfied. I just purchased this product and I am excited to see if I enjoy it as much as he does. Rick was excellent on the phone

Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far. Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.
