Informative shopping experince with a purchase The shopping experience with Ogawa World USA was great. This was our first time shopping for a massage chair, so I contacted Rick to see if I could test the chair, and he's very helpful in leading us to the best showroom in the area with about 12 massage chairs of all the best quality and nice brands. This really saved our shop-around time, and helped us to make a better decision. After some trials and comparisons, we still chose Ogawa Smart 3D because of its comfortableness, high quality, and advance technology.

The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. The ordering process was very easy The ordering process was very easy, the sales person was really friendly and he helped me a lot by explaining the difference between the different brands that I was looking into. However I am still waiting for my shipment, because there’s a delay and so I had to reschedule sometime next week. So I think Shipping ship be improved.
