I wish I had read all of the reviews… I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .

Perfect handling. I do not particularly like to leave comments but I was so impressed that I have to do it. By mistake I ordered a double amount and I could not find a telephone number to call. So, I emailed hoping for the best. To my pleasant surprise, the reply came fast, the order was corrected and credited. After that all steps were perfectly and timely communicated. My interactions with Herb Affair… My interactions with Herb Affair customer support could not have been better. They got my order shipped within hours, and promptly supported me to get a refund for a discount code I forgot to enter. I can not wait to get my capsule filler, and feel great about continuing to purchase items from them! I spoke to a friend who works at a hydroponic store who uses his capsule machine from Herb Affair regularly, and he said it is the absolute best, after searching and trying many options.
