GBI wish I had read all of the reviews… I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .

GBI have been using these products for… I have been using these products for years through Amazon. They don't offer my favorite one anymore so I wrote directly to the company. The customer service is quick and thorough. Very friendly thoughtful people. Will ALWAYS recommend this company.
