I ordered a refurb but got new I ordered a refurb and with the Holidays it wasn't going to ship till after Christmas but a new one was available to ship before Christmas for just an extra 195.So it showed up today no problem!!!

Oxygen Medical went way out of their way to correct the issue for me. My concentrator is repaired now and running like new. They were knowledgable, accomodating & professional. Excellent communication from company Received instruction manuals to download via email several days prior to receiving order. Received email when order shipped and tracking #. Their website is easy to navigate and prices are listed so you can easily shop and compare for your needs. Overall this was a good shopping experience and I would highly recommend this company.
