I DID NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I DID NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, WHEN THE ITEMS SHOW'D UP, THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE FOR MY SYSTEM..No info on box or letter stating what this was for..No phone number for follow up..Just return address on box..NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN, I NOW HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT USABLE..

Placed order on 12/18 Placed order on 12/18. rcvd ack. on 12/19 rcvd message stating due holiday schedule NO. shipments until after 1/6 due closure. Tben got msg stating Fedex issued pckup order on 12/18 for pickup on 12/27 for est delivery on 12/30. Fedex had no record of pickup until I caled on 12/30 afternoon & foud closed until 1/6. Left uncomplimentary mesage about "service". Two hoirs later Fedex said just picked up machine est del 1/2. Arrived!!! Well packaged. Clean. Works. Lousy customer interface (auto computer input???)

Not great The machine will only go to 4.5ml. the alarm does not sound. It is making a funny noise after just a couple weeks. When I called customer service he said the alarm was not important and if it doesn't sound after a couple more uses call back.

We were excited to see your Black… We were excited to see your Black Friday sale for the Reconditioned Everflo. Being on Social Security, we cannot afford a new oxygen concentrator and really needed one that would work. I would have given 5 stars, but the shipping was slow. Probably you got more sales than expected, but we were fortunate that a neighbor let us borrow her mother's, who was away for the holiday. The reconditioned Everflo works like a charm. I actually was able to set it at a lower level lpm that I was able to do with the used machine we had gotten from a local medical recycling service (which only lasted 6 months.) Thank you for being there and your discounted prices.

Arrived quickly Arrived quickly, easy to set up.( had to look online for directions, as none were included with purchase) have used it both continuous plugged in, and pulse on the battery. Seems to work fine both ways. Need to look into an extra battery for backup. So far, I am very happy with the unit.
