Oxygen Medical went way out of their way to correct the issue for me. My concentrator is repaired now and running like new. They were knowledgable, accomodating & professional. Arrived quickly Arrived quickly, easy to set up.( had to look online for directions, as none were included with purchase) have used it both continuous plugged in, and pulse on the battery. Seems to work fine both ways. Need to look into an extra battery for backup. So far, I am very happy with the unit.
