And here's something else I think most people don't realize, do you know that in alot of cases you can buy a refubished oxygenator with a 3 year warranty for a payment each month pretty darn close to alot of peoples insurance copay? At least in my case it was possible. You should check it out. OxygenPlus Concentrators is the only way to go. Shipping could be a little faster but hey, all in all a great choice for our oxygen needs. Peace!

Original 5 broke down on a cruise Original 5 broke down on a cruise, on/off switch failed. Disaster. Had to replace. New oxygenone regularly stops functioning. This a medical devise I am relying on. Can't. Be very careful before you buy one of these. Ps repairs to fist breakdown now been waiting 4 weeks still no machine. So 2 out of 2 not working.

Life saver I was with a popular, much advertised company under Medicare. My large concentrator went out, but when I called they said my account had been closed two years prior. I could get no other information from them and nothing in writing. My doctor could get no information either. I was trying to make it with just a small portable. My home therapists finally told me I could purchase used equipment without a doctor's prescription. I compared several companies online that dealt in used equipment. Thank heavens I found your company. You were a life saver and I mean that literally. I was so oxygen deprived and weak that I was on the verge of being hospitalized. The purchase experience is great The purchase experience is great, reasonably priced and shipping was timely. They called to verify the cc to not be fraudulent, I give that bonus points. Now I get to see how the warranty Dept works , the machine works, but there is a noise / vibration that can't be good. The other identical machine I own doesn't have that same noise , so I know it's not normal.
