GBHelps address food intolerance confusion Helped me narrow down foods I need to avoid. Results came in quickly and helped clarify why I am having responses to some foods I used to be able to tolerate. The customer service team is very accessible via chat and helps with registration (should you need additional support). I even was able to request a follow-up consultation to discern my next steps for adjusting my diet and seeing a specialist. Thank you, MyLab Box!

GBOnline help for unregistered kit Purchased a test kit (3 months ago) at Walgreens that the clerk failed to activate. Mel walked me through finding my e-receipt and registered the kit remotely for me.

GBThe A1C kit provides two needles and… The A1C kit provides two needles and requires person to fill 5 circles, which is a lot of blood. In most circumstances the body clots before one can get enough blood to fill 5 circles. I asked for a refund and it was refused. Told I need to ask Walgreens. The Kit should warn purchasers that the test requires a lot of blood and you may not be able to draw sufficient blood. At this point I feel I have no choice but to go to the FDA and post on social media to warn others. Filling 5 circles is not possible for most people so I think this test is a scam.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service I had misplaced the instruction card for my test kit. I went on the website and had a chat session. My questions were answered and she gave me videos on how to do the blood collection. I now feel confident to complete my lab box.

GBLiteral HELL on earth about HSV 2 test inaccuracy I’ll come back and update this once my suspicions are confirmed but MLB ought to be held accountable for the misinformation and lack of it that is on their website for HSV 2 testing. Not only does the CDC advise AGAINST HSV 2 testing without symptoms but they encourage a two step process especially for those with low index readings between 0.9 and 3. I had a 1.32 reading which I’m 90% sure is a false positive and would have accepted that fate based on what is on the MLB website (you do not need to get retested if you tested positive). That is just NOT true especially if you request your index and it’s low. They do NOT willingly provide the index anymore. So many people are not educated on how UNRELIABLE HSV 2 IGG tests are when you’re asymptomatic and MLB boasts of their accuracy when even the CDC and FDA confirms they are not. My physician did her best but she basically told me the results were 90% accurate (not true) and that I can just do whatever I want with the information. I’m getting a QUEST test and then a Western Blot if need be but I’m psychologically damaged by this experience and should have never been through this. Similar to EVERYLYWELL, MLB NEEDS TO REMOVE HSV 2 tests from their website. I can’t imagine how many lives they’ve ruined and how many people are walking around thinking they have a virus they don’t. I’m so furious about the experience and the fact that I had to get education through Reddit and the CDC instead of the company I ordered from, that I’m thinking of pursuing legal action when my false positive result is confirmed. This is simply unacceptable. This also caused psychological damage to an ex partner who I had to reach out to for testing. How dare you people do this to the GP and get away with it?!?! Are you not up on what is happening with the CDC guidelines? They literally sent out a letter in January. Have you read it?? Update! Today is 4/16 and I’ve been going through this since 4/4. I DO NOT HAVE HERPES! I will be reporting this to the FDA ASAP! Do NOT BUY THE HSV 2 TEST FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY’RE UNINFORMED AND IT IS INACCURATE. DON’T listen to what they’re saying in this response. There is NO disclaimer on their website. They claim once you test positive you don’t need to re-test. They’re in it for money and not for you! BEWARE!
