GBOrdered a test kit and it never arrived Ordered a test kit and it never arrived, yet they took my money. I e-mailed customer service with the order number and no reply. I called customer service to get a voicemail. Fraud.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service I had misplaced the instruction card for my test kit. I went on the website and had a chat session. My questions were answered and she gave me videos on how to do the blood collection. I now feel confident to complete my lab box.

GBThe A1C kit provides two needles and… The A1C kit provides two needles and requires person to fill 5 circles, which is a lot of blood. In most circumstances the body clots before one can get enough blood to fill 5 circles. I asked for a refund and it was refused. Told I need to ask Walgreens. The Kit should warn purchasers that the test requires a lot of blood and you may not be able to draw sufficient blood. At this point I feel I have no choice but to go to the FDA and post on social media to warn others. Filling 5 circles is not possible for most people so I think this test is a scam.

GBGreat customer service … I received a cortisol test—the original tubes were flawed—they could not process the samples that leaked. They corrected the issue by sending a new kit without charge. The representative was kind and quick to solve the issue.

GBOnline help for unregistered kit Purchased a test kit (3 months ago) at Walgreens that the clerk failed to activate. Mel walked me through finding my e-receipt and registered the kit remotely for me.
