I ordered two items for my brand new… I ordered two items for my brand new Frenchie, a sweater and a jacket. Absolutely adorable!!! The sweater fits great because it stretches but I ordered to small of a size of the “Gucci” jacket. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me immediately and asked for his measurements and are sending me out a new one as a one time complementary transaction without sending back the one I ordered. Sad he doesn’t fit the one I ordered him, but I will give it to a good home and I will definitely be ordering a lot more outfits from this amazing company and making sure I measure my pup, right 😂🙌🏼 Thank you Frenchie shop, you guys rock!

Highly recommended shop The article I ordered for my dog was very nice but it didn‘t suit. I asked for being allowed to send it back. The answer arrived very fast. It needn‘t be sent back and I will get another one in the right size for free. The contact was fantastic and I highly recommend this shop 👍👍👍!

Customer Service/products They really went above and beyond. Products are beautiful. Jacket is cute and leash looks very posh.

I really didn't like the idea of paying… I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

Very quick with responses and answering emails. Even offered to mail a FREE product replacement free of charge to EU. Cannot ask for more.
