Great Customer Service… I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the Frenchie Shop. I ordered a harness based on size guidelines but it did not fit. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. They also felt I ordered the right size but sent me a smaller size to try. Ariel was the customer service agent that helped me. I bought a pair of French Bulldog boots… I bought a pair of French Bulldog boots and they sent the correct size, but It is too small. so, want to exchange the bigger size. However, I received a quick response saying they would send a different new pair of boots, and they even offered it for free. I'm so grateful and amazed. What an amazing company!!! What an amazing company!!!! My Frenchie is very broad chested and a large would not fit him. I asked to exchange my products and the company graciously asked me to measure him, sent a diagram and is sending me a free replacement. I will shop with them forever! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
