Puppia Soft Mesh Dog Harness Color Red The customer service from PetFancy was perfect. However, the harness itself didn't fit, because the opening for the head was just a little too small. I ordered the harness based on the other measurements, but there was no request for a head measurement. I don't think PetFancy is responsible at all for this problem -- it's the company that offered the harness for sale -- Puppia. I would buy from PetFancy again, but probably not an item from Puppia. Customer service impressive! When Sophie's harness arrived it was too large, I ordered based on the measuring table. It was an issue because she and I were leaving to go out of town, and I needed to correct size by the following Thursday. So customer service expedited shipping at no charge to me, and sent me the next size down. They also included a return shipping label. Thanks for doing this, her safety is a priority. Also, just a side note, I have two trucks, a 1997 GMC Sierra that I owned since it was new, and a 2014 Yukon. The seat belts in the '97 require an extension, the '14 Yukon has belts that are much longer, so it doesn't need a seat belt extension. Sophie is a larger dog, so requires a longer seat belt than smaller dogs.

Quality products and quality service I stumbled onto Pet Fancy via a Google search and I'm delighted I found them. (My pooch shares my enthusiasm.) I don't know who I dealt with the gal who handled my order was most attentive and professional. My order arrived promptly and there were no surprises. Just what I ordered. (A dog harness.) It's wonderful to find a source that is reliable and whose prices are more than competitive.

Uninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.
