I don't know who I dealt with the gal who handled my order was most attentive and professional. My order arrived promptly and there were no surprises. Just what I ordered. (A dog harness.) It's wonderful to find a source that is reliable and whose prices are more than competitive.

Speedy Delivery and Responsive Customer Service I ordered the Sleepypod Pet Bed. PetFancy order processing was fast, and delivery was prompt. Upon receiving the package, the box label did not match my order (the color was not what I thought I ordered). I emailed customer service about it, and within 2 minutes the representative explained to me that they had run out of shipping boxes and assured me that the right colored Sleepypod was delivered to me. Overall, satisfied with the pricing of the product, timing of delivery, and responsiveness of the CSR.

Love love love it!!! This carrier is the perfect size for my little 7 pound Pomeranian. She would not get in any other carrier without a little force, and I did not like that idea, especially if she would be in it for hours on a plane. It is plush and comfortable for her. Along with being just plain attractive. I bought the strawberry red, but wanted the teal, and since it was a limited edition on backorder, we could not take the chance of not getting it in time. The red one is pretty too, and matches my luggage. We also bought the pet pads in case she had a accident, and they fit well.
