Excellent support and product I love my Beardscape and the customer service is excellent. I chipped my trimmer head so I bought a new one, but I had an issue installing it. I contacted the support team and they explained me what to do and ALSO reminded me that I still have a warranty. They then proceed to give me money back for the chipped trimmer head. I've been having the same beardscape for the past 2.5 years and it's still like new!

Beardscape V2 Well made device is you’re using it “as is” but once you involve the smallest two guards you’re going to have an issue clicking them on and getting them aligned and getting them to stay on. For such an expensive product they should have found a way to have the guards securely click and stay in place. Brings down the entire unit.

Highly recommend! Great quality, the mm conversion to regular trimmer increments is something to get used too. Very quiet trimmer. Even at the fastest speed it is the quietest ive heard. It is a little big for the detailed edge trimming, I would not recommend for edge trimming. If you are looking to do both, go with the axis brio.

Buy with confidence. I love the display and how it cuts hair. Fantastic product! ***Update***The plastic coloring smeared because I guess there was rubbing alcohol on it. A magic eraser took care of the smear, and all is good! I would like to thank Brio customer support for reaching out here, which shows their dedication to making their customer's happy. I have also purchased their electric toothbrush, which is awesome as well! They will continue receiving my business.
