GBGreat product, customer service needs some work After researching for months, I decided to order two Alen air cleaners in early November. I called to talk to a customer service rep because I had a special request concerning shipping. I wanted to get the filters before Thanksgiving but was unsure of when to order them because I was going to be out of town and I didn't want to miss the delivery. The rep told me I could go ahead and order and he would talk to shipping and delay the shipping of my order. Instead, my order shipped right away while I was out of town. Everything turned out fine, as a friend watching the house brought the filters in before they were stolen. The point is, I didn't need to spend 15 minutes on the phone with the rep who was not able to take of the delayed shipment as promised. The other thing I found disappointing was finding out they had a "Black Friday" sale. I could have saved $150 on my two A350s. Here's how Alen's rep could have guaranteed they'd get a 5-star review: when I call tell me I should just wait another 2 weeks and order after Thanksgiving to save money and get the shipment delivered after my out of town trip. As for the filters, they are fine. I live in the desert with lots of dust and I have dogs. The amount of dust in the house is visibly reduced and my home doesn't smell like dog. The low settings are very quiet. The highest setting is a bit noisy but that is to be expected if you expect it to move that much air around. It actually helps me at night because I sleep better with white noise. Though I don't have bad allergies I am less stuffed up than I was before I bought these air cleaners. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone, just don't expect any personalized customer service if you call instead of ordering online.

GBNo instructions installing expensive filters For $70 for replacement filters , it's a disgrace that there are no proper installation instructions.

GBI have been dealing with this company for over two years and have been extremely satisfied with products and service I purchased two purifiers from Alen and have really noticed the difference in the air quality in our home. The automatic order system is fantastic and always arrives on time. When I had a question about changing out the UV light they were extremely helpful and called me back right away. I always recommend this product to friends and family that come into our home and comment how clean and fresh the air is.

GBBought two and were delivered earlier than I expected. One was for me the other was for my son. The unit is very quiet at low speed, I have to put my hand at the exhaust end to determine if it still working. I rank the product 4 stars because it is very hard to removed the face cover to check if the filter needs replacing. The instruction stated to raise the face plate up, but it will not budge (my son had to force it by pull it up front instead). Because of this issue I am reluctant to check the filter's status because I might break something. (So I plan to do check after 3 months or more given a 24/7 use).
