One bottle had leaked I was sad to see that one if the two bottles gentle cleanser had leaked inside the packaging and was half empty I am not happy with your service and would appreciate either a half refund or another whole bottle Thank you Nancy Jacobson

Good experience overall The product is good, package is good, internationally delivery is fast, but it says any FOREO products comes with free cleaning spray, yet I paid for the cleaning spray myself.....NOT 100% satisfied.

Prompt delivery and a surprise inside! I recently received my order from Askderm. It was nicely wrapped, arrived early, in spite of all the snow in my area, and also came with some surprises I hadn't expected. Bait and switch I should have know the price was too good to be true. When ordering Glytone Step-Up Mild Gel for my wife I compared the picture to the bottle she had. Pictured is the 200 ml/6.7 oz. (exactly the same as I was looking for). What they are actually selling is the 30 ml/1.0 oz size. The old bait and switch. I'll never shop askderm again. Update. askderm got back offered full refund and with be replacing picture. For this rapid response I upgrade them from 1 to 3 stars.

Lower price but different things. When I received my order,I found it's different from my roommate's which was bought from another website with 20% discount.Though I bought it with 25% discount, the staffs contained in the set with the same original price is less than my roommate's.
