GBgood doctors but deceptive pricing. I liked the doctor on health Tap my issue is with the app and the deceptive advertising. Frist of all they don't actually take any insurance but tell you to pay for your visit first while they bill you insurance but never actually bill you insurance so you can't even get credit for your deductible or out of pockets expenses. there is not way to send you health records to another provider. its either pay 129 for 10munites or 44+59 every 3 months to get regular primary care. if you don't have insurance its fine but if you do just go to a regular dr office.

GBJust in one area...I answer questions… Just in one area...I answer questions in the Learn and Teach section. After answering the question, when I click the back button, I'm returned to the top of the question list, and have to start over at the top, but also type in my specialty again. This might be OK after answering the first question of the many, but after scrolling down 30 or so questions to find one to answer, answering it, then returning, it is quite time consuming to start over, enter the category of my expertise, scroll down 30 questions to find the next one. Its gotten so cumbersome that I've stopped answering questions.

GBIts a SCAM anyone subscribing for this service , its a simple online scam. Simple model sell service to 100 and give service to 10. If you pay them money then just sit by your phone for next 36 months and wait and if that doesnt tire you out then keep sending emails for days for your refund, which you will never get back. by the way they have NO PHONE number to call, so you send emails and wait for them to reply ( if they will ) best option visit a live doc or find another online service that charges you after they connect you with a doc

GBHealthCrap Not sure why they sent me this survey MONTHS after I canceled my account (and after I had to get help from the fraud department at my bank to reverse several arbitrary charges they made after my account was canceled), but hey, what the heck! Here goes... Bad customer service, extremely buggy app, multiple overcharges/unauthorized charges, frequently dropped chat sessions or had them interrupted (through ZERO fault of my own), mostly crappy and/or apathetic doctors, etc. That's basically it, in a nutshell. Run! Run far, faaaaar away from HealthTap.

GBOverall a great service, but beware of false advertising Overall, a great service. Free educational answers to many common medical questions, and many uncommon questions as well. Gets 4/5 stars because I've had trouble in the past with what seemed like false advertising. I purchased a premium plan based off of advertising of a free consult with a specialist, only to find out that the premium plan only includes limited primary care. I requested a refund and they did not budge even when I showed them documentation. Overall, though, a very unique and useful app.
