I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks… I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again

Poor customer service and shipment I made an order on Nov. 28th and 10 days later still not shipped. They refused to cancel my order because it has been "processing". After several emails through their online contact form consulting my order status, they blocked my email address. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never shop with this company again.

I would have given five star once… I would have given five star once… I used to love their range years ago but more recently they have reduced the range in a huge way. Ingredients change to their tinted moisturiser, my skin had an awful reaction. Porefessional seems to make my foundation sit in my creases worse. The boing concealer is still a really product and is their brow pomade. But now the brow palette is huge with three colours and three powders, I only use two! Seems very wasteful. Original dr feelgood was a fantastic primer and smelt great but no longer available. Such a shame.

Pricey but great. Need bigger bottles for price please 💜 Love benefits cosmetics. I ordered Wednesday night. Spent about 140 on items. Pore professional, agent zero, matte gel ect. Item turned up in standard 2 days So happy I got this before bank holiday. And the package itself when I opened the box was amazing. Thanks so much. Will definitely be purchasing again 💜 amazing products! Just amazing! Maybe bigger bottles for price but other than that. That's my only gripe. Definitely recommend benefits cosmetics to anyone who hasn't tryed them 😊
