GBI would have given five star once… I would have given five star once… I used to love their range years ago but more recently they have reduced the range in a huge way. Ingredients change to their tinted moisturiser, my skin had an awful reaction. Porefessional seems to make my foundation sit in my creases worse. The boing concealer is still a really product and is their brow pomade. But now the brow palette is huge with three colours and three powders, I only use two! Seems very wasteful. Original dr feelgood was a fantastic primer and smelt great but no longer available. Such a shame.

GBAvoid Boots Covent Garden! Avoid Boots Covent Garden! I’ve been Benefit customer for over 15 years and have spend thousands of pounds on their products. Staff are usually lovely and very helpful in all the department stores I’ve been to over the years. Well unfortunately that can not be said about their Sunday girl at Boots Covent Garden. Young, pale complexion girl with wavy, brown-ish hair up to her shoulders was not knowledgable and plainly rude! Shocking attitude while talking over me. The worst beauty shopping experience yet.

GBPoor service Very poor customer service. Advertised free delivery with new mascara but never happened. Stated no code needed. Emailed customer service to be told tough should have physically picked free delivery. Will not buy anything else from benefit online. Rubbish
