GBFloor Lamp The floor lamp looks great, but it is only a task light. It illuminates the immediate area only. Do not expect it to light up the area several feet away. It was not easy to put together because of having to stuff the extra cord into the lamp tube, but through trial and error we finally got the dang thing together. The lamp does not accomplish my needs, as I have to pick it up and move it across the room for additional lighting in another area of my sewing room. Do not want to purchase another floor lamp for each area. Perhaps I should look into other lighting for this room. I will still be able to use this floor lamp for tasks but am sad that it did not solve my lighting issue. Not the product's fault.

GBNo one answers the telphone, replies to emails, or responds to website calls for assistance. I have had three of their lights for many years, but recently the light box started to malfunction. After two weeks of trying to reach a telephone representative, I finally got lucky and reached someone who helped me to get replacement bulbs. Well, my unit is still not working properly, despite the new bulbs, and I have been trying to reach them via telephone, email, and website for several days again now. No one answers in any way. I think that the company does not want to honor its "lifetime warranty." This is such a shame as they at least make (or made) good products. My advice would be to avoid this company until things improve.

GBTorchiere lamp excellent value Excellent LED lamp with speedy shipping. The lamp was packed in its cardboard board within a internal protective styrofoam enclosure. The only issue I had which had NO effect on the lamp was that the original tape around the box end flaps seemed to be lacking. The top flaps were slightly opened on one end and the bottom flaps were open with the tape not holding any of the flaps together. The cardboard box probably could have used a re-taping of the flap seams on the top and bottom.

GBSCAM! Items massively marked up I paid $120 for a light up alarm clock that felt extremely light and cheap, and it arrived not functioning. It would not light up for the sunrise effect. It was replaced, but still a low quality item. I searched online for a different brand and found the same, absolutely identical in every way, unit selling for $22. I purchased a different brand from a different company for the same price, around $120, and the difference was night and day. I received a high quality product with a little weight to it that outperformed the rip off full spectrum solution clock in every way possible.

GBreplacement bulb doesn't fit I paid $30 for a new bulb and I'm very disappointed the it was modified and doesn't fit my desk lamp properly. The base of the new bulb is smaller, so it doesn't snap into place like it should. I know my lamp is old, but the model number is the same as the old bulb, no reason for the modification.
