GBGreat products, slow delivery I love your products! But, the last two times I've ordered, it's taken me close to 2 weeks to get what I ordered. That's difficult, especially with supplements. Also, it would be great when online ordering, if a customer could use one address for payment and another for delivery.

GBStill have not received my order Order placed on 10th at two different sites.. same shipping speed. Got shipment from other on 13th.. Still have not received from ideal vitamins and its 21st.

GBdishonest I tried ordering some essential oil from them, the product was not marked as out of stock on the website. I placed my order they took my money, and no product was shipped. later I found out that it's out of stock (in fact the company doesn't even make it anymore). I asked them to mark it on their website, because they had waisted my time. Not only have they not done that (it's still marked as in stock) they are using the product as Google ad words so they will drive more traffic to their site based on products they don't have. This enrages me and should be illegal. Don't sell things you don't have! It's dishonest. Plus, I HAVE told you this item is out of stock instead of fixing it on your website you reported my review to TrustPilot? Shame on you.

GBStill waiting on order I ordered vitamins a week and a half ago. And I'm still waiting to receive them. I think this place uses regular mail for delivery. No bueno in NYC.

GBtook the $$ but took over a week to say "back ordered" Sent a email a week before the package came asking to "rate the product". Took way too long - will look for another supplier who will take the $$ and ship...not impressed with the customer service
