Vet thinks medications sat so long they became ineffective... I ordered Frontline for my dog and cat and it did not cure the fleas they had. 2 weeks later they're both having issues with fleas. Used the correct dose for their weight and now the vet doesn't want to prescribe anything else for 6 weeks because he doesn't want to "double up" in case they have the original dose in their system. Just trying to save money, but will not use again.

Great products, slow delivery I love your products! But, the last two times I've ordered, it's taken me close to 2 weeks to get what I ordered. That's difficult, especially with supplements. Also, it would be great when online ordering, if a customer could use one address for payment and another for delivery.

met my expectations The service was fine. The item I wanted arrived in a timely way, as promised. There are many vitamin & supplement companies. So far, I honestly have no reason to rate Idealvitamins any higher than five or ten other companies. I may do so in the future, but after one purchase, how can I know how exceptional you may be? Honestly? I think this kind of survey is counterproductive for the company, because it is meaningless, and it wastes my time. I suggest you send a survey like this after a number of purchases.

Unreachable, not shipping on time I ordered something on the 18, and on the 20th it was still unfulfilled. This was a Thursday, so I called within business hours and it said they were closed! I called again this morning, a Friday, again within business hours, and again I get the closed message. The free shipping says 5-8 business days, but it doesn't explain that it may take that long just to get the order together! Good prices but terrible service and unreachable. I wouldn't use them again.

still haven't received them I ordered them awhile ago, but thought maybe they just took a really long time to ship. Since they're still not here and I'm being asked to review them, I'm guessing there was a problem. So, not super happy right now.
