took the $$ but took over a week to say "back ordered" Sent a email a week before the package came asking to "rate the product". Took way too long - will look for another supplier who will take the $$ and ship...not impressed with the customer service

SHIPPING TOOK WAY TOO LONG! I placed an order on July 13, 2015 and waited until July 23, 2015 to receive my item. I feel that 10 days is way too long to wait for an item that I needed much, much sooner. For this reason, I will probably not use this company again!

I bought a product over the amazon …(life extension) I bought a product over the amazon store and never received the product, I was waiting for one weekand wrote the company two times now without any reaction...

Prices lower on what I buy at several web competitors. When it comes to specific branded products, price and postage paid or are the two top criteria in choosing from whom to order. You prices on products I order are higher than several of your competitors. Off hand, I don't recall if you pay postage or not. Even if your price is the same (or even a tad lower), postage paid makes a difference.

Order filled fast but slightly inaccurate I was looking for Honso formula 41, ordered Honso formula 42 and what came was formula 45. I am of the philosophy that there is a reason for everything and I believe that I will be using or sharing formula 45 with someone, otherwise it would not have come to me. So it all works out.
