Ketan C. Mehta, MD and Nina Mehta, founded NeilMed® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in January 2000 from Dr. Mehta's medical office and in a short span, we have over 500 employees. I HAVE USED YOUR PRODUCT SINCE YOU I HAVE USED YOUR PRODUCT SINCE YOU INVENTED IT! IT IS EXCELLENT AS A MEDICAL INTERVENTION. HOWEVER I RECENTLY WAS SEDUCED INTO USING THE AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE GREEN NASAL IRRIGATIONS. I ORDERED PACKS OF 70. I BUY A SUPPLY FOR 3+ MONTHS USUALLY. INSTEAD IWAS CHARGED FOR 70 SIZE PACKS BUT RECEIVED BOXES WITH ONLY 30 ALSO FILLED WITH YOUR DAMN PLASTIC IRRIGATION BOTTLES. I HAVE 6 WHICH I DONT NEED. I EILL CANCEL MY AMAZON PLAN. AND WHY DONT YOU PUT THE GREEN IN CVS? VERY ANGRY. Dr. A J LEPIRE.

The order was placed on Feb 2nd The order was placed on Feb 2nd. Today is Feb 14. I’ve not received any form of shipping notification. Even after I emailed customer support twice, they still have no reply to my request for a shipping date. Quite disappointed

After waiting 11 days for my order to… After waiting 11 days for my order to arrive, I decided to call the company. I was told everything was backordered for at least a month. However, my credit card had already been charged. I decided to cancel my order.

Failed I have a can of Neilmed Saline Mist spray. It quit spraying with it still about half full. I called them to see about a replacement. The guy all of a sudden pretends to not undertsand me when I said I had an issue (twice.) Called again, and had to give up due to agent's poor English. Will get Arm & Hammer nasal sprays from now on.
