SUPER IMPRESSED WITH 4PAWS INSURANCE! 4Paws Insurance is a wonderful company. Very quick with processing claims and the best customer service anywhere. Jason is beyond fast answering emails and also very friendly and knowledgeable; he genuinely cares about your pet. Worth the monthly premium.... I'm so glad I chose 4Paws for my pet's insurance needs. Very impressed!

I cannot express enough my frustration… I cannot express enough my frustration with this company. We bought a policy for our dog but realised that it wasn’t for us so cancelled the same day - way within our 14 day cooling off period. It’s now been nearly a month and several unfulfilled promises later, I still don’t have my refund.

Cancelled my policy one year in Cancelled my policy one year in, right when I needed the insurance for an illness my dog was experiencing and had "0" claims in Best bet is not get a policy started with them and if you have one consider changing... Very unreliable !

DO NOT use 4 Paws pet insurance DO NOT take out pet insurance using this company! They completely ignored the information provided by my vet about the date something happened and then tried to do some dodgy maths saying that it had happened before the date it actually did. Then they sent a follow up email saying either way they weren't paying out. It was very rude and basically refused to look further into the details and just outright denied our claim. (Which the vet assured us would be covered on insurance). They still haven't paid out and it has cost us nearly £1000 for sh-ite insurance and the treatment. Could have saved myself £300 if I had just paid outright for the treatment rather than throwing it away on insurance which apparently wont cover anything. Many people had told me not to bothered getting pet insurance because it is always crap, but I wanted to be covered from when we first got out kitten so he would be covered for his whole life... My advice to people considering pet insurance, DON'T especially if you are thinking about using 4 Paws.

Whoops, why did I get insurance with these? Whoops! Now, I've done it. I got pet insurance through 4Paws and didn't spend enough time reading reviews. Here's the true story: After waiting 5 weeks, sending 2 emails of complaint in that time and having three long-winded phone calls with staff who seemed very unsure of their job (but always seem to work in an office where nobody is actually in charge 'there are no managers in today') we finally -after 5 weeks - had our claim settled. Awful service. I dread to think what they will do to my premiums now I have claimed. Avoid this company like the plague.
