GBWOW - Look at their first 11 reviews!!! I unfortunately have just signed up with 4Paws before reading Trustpilot. Sign up process was very poor and in the end I had to waste time doing it laboriously by phone due to faults on their site. Only now (too late) I look at the reviews here only to find: - Their first 11 reviews were all within one month - All were 5 stars - All were from USA "customers" (none from UK) - All were first time reviewers - Then 5 clear months with no reviews whatsoever - Since then: five 1*, one 2* and only one x 5* - All but one of these subsequent reviews were from UK I leave others to decide how to judge these amazing coincidences. My review thus far is based only on my poor personal experience of sign-up and I shall update as appropriate....

GBThis company are absolutely f***ing… This company are absolutely f***ing rubbish. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them because I was with them when my dog had a cancerous lump removed otherwise I would have left them long ago! Still haven't settled my claim from August when said dog had an operation to remove 3 lumps which turned out to be benign. Now they're trying to say I need to make 3 separate claims for each lump because they were different types of benign, meaning they want me to pay my excess 3 times and lose out on at least £350 even though they were removed in one operation! Absolutely disgusting.

GBSTILL WAITING FOR A CLAIM STILL WAITING FOR A CLAIM! We submitted a claim 4 weeks ago and still waiting for the claim, with little communication. They stated 2 weeks inc fast settlements- we have submitted 3 claims and I can tell you this is not the case. Me and my wife have £2000 sitting on our credit card and are going to miss payments and incur cards, so this is why we are deeply annoyed. Avoid!!!

GBSlow settlements Despite claims that settlements are made within 7 to 10 days, it took 21 days, plus a number of phone calls pleading that we needed to settle the credit card bill. When the cheque finally came it was made out to a different name to that I stated on the claim form. Customer service was polite but ineffectual, claims dept - hopeless. I'll be looking elsewhere when its time to renew.

GBPremium increased almost 200% in two years then difficulty cancelling. Premium increased from £17 a month, to £31 and then to £51. When I provided my policy number and indicated that I wished to cancel the policy they refused to do so without the email address I had provided two years ago. They assured me that I would receive a phone call to address the issue which wasn't forthcoming. I had to cancel the direct debit.
