GBWe are Very pleased My husband and i both ordered your hearing aides for the ear ringing advantage. For the most part they have worked well and knowing what we know now would purchase them again. One thing we especially like is the ability to recharge earing aides multiple times with only one charge of the charger.

GBWHERE is MY REFUND?? I returned the hearing aids ( I ordered on 9/7/23, order # 144189) and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Nov. 13,2023 and it is now April 30, 2024 and with over 23 emails exchanged, I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I have received MANY of the same responses that are given on the Trustpilot page, "sorry, we are looking into it," etc, but STILL no refund! I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back with NO results! This company should not be TRUSTED!

GBTakes time to adjust I ordered the TX5 but after waiting 3 weeks for it to be shipped, I told Bossa to cancel my order. Instead they offered to send me the 2024 TX1at no additional cost which I accepted. It arrived about a week later. I don't like that to adjust the volume you need to use the tiny screwdriver that was supplied. It's inconvenient to use especially when I'm not at home. Also the manual says to turn the aids on after inserting in ears which is very hard to do since it's a very small switch. The feedback is a very high whistle and it took several attempts at adjusting volume and trying different ear plugs as they suggested. Finally after several days it stopped the feedback. I now wear them often and have to say they seem even better than my expensive aids. The background noise is less than my expensive aids and they fit comfortably in my ears.

GBSince May 30th 2023 I am waiting for a… Since May 30th 2023 I am waiting for a refund. I'd give zero stars if possible. The hearing aid is not functioning and very poor quality.

GBI am giving 4 stars I am giving 4 stars. Because I have not yet received the product. It's been over ra month and I have not received them. I am exited to get to try these. I got the chip for tinnitus and if it works I will no longer have the ringing and bizing in my ears.. Do take note that when I receive my hearing aids I will do a second review. I am in no way saying that I am dissatisfied with this product. Thank you Bossa for making a difference in people's lives for a reasonable price.
