GBNON delivery of my order I ordered a pair of your hearing aides weeks ago, i was told on 4-4-24 that they were being shipped the following week, obviously they were not shipped as promised, i am thinking that you are running a scam, if im wrong then prove it by shipping my order now. GBAwful company I ordered a hearing aid months ago. Had to return it due to fit. I’ve been waiting at least 6 months for my. Refund. I did everything that they requested and I’m not getting any results. This company is a SCAM!! No one ever answers the phone.. and yet, they tell me to call them on the last review!

CAI am writing this review on behalf of…J. Van Nus I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. She ordered a pair of hearing aids from this company on 27/02/24. Payment was immediately processed on the credit card she provided. It is now 30/04/24 and still no hearing aids. She has contacted them several times on her own and has been given the same standard excuses as related in many other reviews on this site. I sent them a message on her behalf on 21/04/24 asking for a refund. We received a message telling us that her order had been processed on 19/04/24 and were provided a tracking number from US Postal Service. Well that turned out to be another tactic of this company as the product has still not shipped according to the US Postal Service tracking site. We will try and get a refund. From what I have read from other reviews on this site I am not optimistic there will be any positive outcome.

CAI contacted Bossa today and told them I… I contacted Bossa today and told them I have cancelled my order due to the lack of any trustworthy answer. I order March 29/24. My credit card payment was processed immediately and was told the tracking number would be coming shortly. It is now 32 days later and several i mean several phone calls, chat line and emails. I was told it was be processed. Even told 48 to 72 hours i would receive my tracking number. None. I sent my last email last night saying i was done, cancel my order. They replied back saying i could not it was being processed. I have contacted my credit card and asked them to assist. I have heard they were good hearing aids however, it is not worth wasting anymore time I have already invested. I gave them the benefit more than once. They still failed. Pity. Too bad they don’t realize customer service is important. Be honest. I am tired of hearing that it is now at process centre. They should have slapped a shipping label on by April 1. It almost sound like your 45 day return policy is used up sitting at their warehouse OR didn’t have any to ship in the first place. Beware

GBI'm writing for my husband who has had… I'm writing for my husband who has had his TX5mini+ for little more than a week now after my daughter in law suggested we order a pair of hearing aids online. ( We all knew that it was not going to be a good experience with the wearing due to my father in law and brother in law having paid boo koo bucks, top of the line hearing aids and complaining about them ) , I did research and found these were the best for the money and felt that if my husband didn't like, we weren't out a lot of money, But when they arrived, about 3 weeks, my husband actually read the instructions and off he went. He had them to pass his CDL test, with flying colors, has easily learned how to adjust volume, swapped out the different size cones for adjustment and is amazed with what he was missing to hear! Seems a shame the other low raters didn't have the patience to wait on delivery. My daughter in law has told her dad who has expensive hearing aids to order from Bossa as well as his expensive ones are in the repair shop. Good product, would certainly recommend !
