I was a bit nervous about ordering a… I was a bit nervous about ordering a chair online without having the opportunity to try it first as it was for my elderly mother. However, I was delighted that it arrived promptly and was so well made. My mother loves her new chair which is well designed and so comfortable. Tremendous value for money and fits well in our living room, I chose a wing back style with Queen Anne legs and I was impressed at the range of colours and fabrics. I would certainly buy more furniture from Homecarechairs.

a great chair with excellent options… a great chair with excellent options for people who need chairs to certain specifications due to ill health or disabilities. Great to be able to have it made with a pressure relieving cushion in the chair. Looks attractive in the home and not like a standard hospital chair. Easy to get VAT off for disabled. Delivered to the house and brought in and placed in correct location. District nurse was so impressed she has taken the details to recommend to other patients

Comfortable and exteremly well made chair and footstool The website for Homecare chairs is easy to navigate, couldn't decide on material, ordered swatches (arrived within 24 hours). Ordered chair and foot stool, found the customer services very helpful. Chair and footstool well made and the attention to detail is excellent. Arrived on time, delivered by Homecare chairs. I've had my chair and footstool for two weeks, the support to your back and hips are amazing(make sure you order the right size). Very pleased with my purchase would highly recommend.

Order process okay however delivery… Order process okay however delivery details were not great. Tracking poor and had to call a few times to get info. No advance notice of delivery slot received so just by luck I was home when delivery arrived. Love the chair though it’s perfect for my son and quality appears very good.

Good Customer service lacking The chair looks good and seems comfortable. However, I believe their customer service could be a lot better. An email was ignored, call-back didn't happen and kept holding on too long when I rang. In my delivery instructions I asked for driver to ring me approx. 1 hour away so I could be at the nursing home when it arrived. Having received bad customer service I suspected this wouldn't happen so I went over and waited and yes I was right the driver didn't ring me. I detected a bit of an 'attitude' from them in my dealings. At no point did I feel like a valued customer.
