GBGetting a refund still doesn’t make me satisfied Update to my previous reviews. I did get my money back (less a restocking fee and shipping). However the hoops I had to jump through to get the return “approved” were ridiculous and I believe that a BBB complaint helped get this refund. Customer service is still the worst I have ever experienced and getting most of my money back has not changed my viewpoint. They asked questions incessantly and made me respond to questions that they could easily have answered. I am way too stubborn to give up but I did get close to doing just that.

GB“30 day guarantee” is actually that… “30 day guarantee” is actually that…. If they fall apart after 30 days - bad luck ! “Easy returns” = you have to send them back to the US at your own cost and they then charge you 10% for admin costs Can’t believe I fell for the advertising…. Wish I’d read the reviews first 😡😡😡
