I ordered the wrong size the first time and they accept free returns (they pay for the shipping). I ordered a 1/2 size larger and love them. Search for coupon codes online first - I saved 15%. They also have free shipping.

GBUnhappy Customer Ordered a pair of shoes on June 14 for my husband to wear to our son’s wedding. Called three weeks ago to check on them. Assured me they would look into it and call me back. NO CALL. Terrible customer service. Still no shoes and we are leaving in 5 days. I wish I had read these review earlier and I would have never ordered from this company. Now they aren’t answering the phone. NEVER AGAIN.

GBI ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex… I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex website since they offered a coupon. Charged my card, but after 2 weeks no shoes. Tried calling customer service, no answer. Called a different number from the bank charge and they say the companies are separate, not able to help. Write to them on message board, let them know I'm getting in touch with bank, shoes are shipped out, but they block me from message board. The shoes arrived but aren't good. $70 to send back.

CASpent $250.00 on their orthopedic…02 Spent $250.00 on their orthopedic shoes. 6 months later the soles are coming unglued. The inside where little toe is has holes and gives me blisters. Non skid soles?... I slide on the floors at work all the time. I have to buy new shoes now because the flapping unglued soles keep making me trip. Most money i have ever spent on shoes and totally disappointed and feel cheated by apex.

GBMissing shoes; miserable customer service I ordered two pairs of shoes 7/4/21. On 7/23 I received one pair with no explanation of the missing pair. 7/23: I sent an online message asking what happened; the message received no response. 7/26: After multiple attempts I was able to reach customer service by phone and was told the missing pair was backordered and would ship 8/1. They didn't. 8/12: Phoned again and was told they were "just in" and would ship the next day (8/13). They didn't. 8/23: Phoned again and was told a shipment had been started (whatever that means) and the shoes would ship "this week." They didn't. 8/31: Phoned yet again and was told the order had been cancelled. Since I had not cancelled the order I asked who had, and if they planned to refund me. I was told I would receive a call back. I didn't. Customer service has been difficult to reach. An online message received no response, and the phone system, after three minutes on hold requests a message or will automatically disconnect; it has taken multiple calls each time to connect to a live person. I don't know what has happened to this company. The quality of the one pair of shoes I received was markedly lower than the last shoes I bought from them. And my experience seems to indicate that Apex has a problem with both competence and honesty. The company's current BBB rating is F, a fact I wish I had discovered before I ordered.
