GBMissing shoes; miserable customer service I ordered two pairs of shoes 7/4/21. On 7/23 I received one pair with no explanation of the missing pair. 7/23: I sent an online message asking what happened; the message received no response. 7/26: After multiple attempts I was able to reach customer service by phone and was told the missing pair was backordered and would ship 8/1. They didn't. 8/12: Phoned again and was told they were "just in" and would ship the next day (8/13). They didn't. 8/23: Phoned again and was told a shipment had been started (whatever that means) and the shoes would ship "this week." They didn't. 8/31: Phoned yet again and was told the order had been cancelled. Since I had not cancelled the order I asked who had, and if they planned to refund me. I was told I would receive a call back. I didn't. Customer service has been difficult to reach. An online message received no response, and the phone system, after three minutes on hold requests a message or will automatically disconnect; it has taken multiple calls each time to connect to a live person. I don't know what has happened to this company. The quality of the one pair of shoes I received was markedly lower than the last shoes I bought from them. And my experience seems to indicate that Apex has a problem with both competence and honesty. The company's current BBB rating is F, a fact I wish I had discovered before I ordered.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service, had shoes less than a year, bottom of the sole broke loose and causes tripping, tried by email and telephone several times to get assistance with this and after 3-4 exchanges I became persona non grata, I bought shoe glue and glued it myself

GBOrdered 2 pair of shoes for a patient… Ordered 2 pair of shoes for a patient over 2 months ago. We have never received the 2nd pair. I have called and no one answers the phone. I have left VM messages and no one returns my calls.

GBOrdered over 6 weeks ago Ordered over 6 weeks ago, website says they ship within 48 hours. Credit card was charged immediately at ordering. Have sent numerous emails to them, no reply. Got someone on the phone over a week ago (Dawn) and cancelled the order. I asked Dawn to send me an email confirming the cancelled order, she said she would but she did not. Upon looking up the page on their website, my order is still showing as 'waiting to ship'. They flat out lie about when it will ship, don't answer emails, and don't provide any updates on shipping yet charge you right away. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card with my credit card company. I needed these shoes for a job and now I've had to scramble to find them locally. It would have really helped if they just said there would be a delay in shipping before they charged my card.
