This is an outright fraudulent company… This is an outright fraudulent company with zero customer service or downright rude CS agents. My car broke down due to a timing chain issue 2 months after I bought their warranty and their inspector mysteriously classified it as a pre existing issue based on no evidence being shared with me. Numerous other complaints online are similar to mine. They told me there's no appeals or redressal process. I'm filling a small claims civil suit. Do not buy this worthless warranty.

If you own a repair shop beware If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.

My dealer will no longer deal with them… My dealer will no longer deal with them due to non-payment. The one dealer service center I was able to get to accept them can't get in touch with them. This is not surprising as I can't get them to return my calls. Whenever you call them, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before you can speak with anybody and when you do, expect to be treated with rudeness and condescension. I highly suggest that you don't waste your hard-earned money with this company. They reek of dishonesty and are actively shortchanging customers and repair shops.

Unable to talk to anyone else. Takes on average 30 minutes for anyone to pickup. In 10 months I have received only one E-mail with false processing promises. Delta just continues to shift responsibility. Delay and misdirection is their plan until one gives up. Terrible Company. Save yourself a lot of grief. Do not deal with these guys.

Delta auto protection is the worst…worse company Delta auto protection is the worst company in the world please stop buy extending warranty from them it is a scam.the wouldn’t pay to get your car fix or answer your phone when you fill a claim . I bought a 5years extending warranty on 2019 for my Maserati.last year 2020 I filled a claim the told me to take the car to any shop so I take my car to Maserati dealership . Delta auto Proctect the never call me back or call the dealership my still not fix and delta auto protect it’s more than a year and my car still not repair today 3/28/2021 Delta auto protect is not good don’t wasting your money
