GBDelta is Fraud Delta happily collected my money, covered the first repair about a year later but on the second failure of a different part, I was told the repair is covered but now going on 3 months trying to get paid for the approved repair that I had to eventually pay out of pocket now trying to be reimbursed but even getting to speak to someone takes persistence and hours? Being told check is I the mail, over and over. This can not be legal?

GBThis is Big SCAMMER!! This is Big SCAMMER!!! I bought extended warranty . For $2500 plus they never cover anything from my BMW . When I claim about my car wiping . There ignore my phone calls until I’ve ask. I want my money back since that you are not covering anything. They sent me cancellation form to sign . And after I’ve sign they didn’t return my money $2500 . Big Scams.

GBDELTA AUTO PROTECT SAVED THE DAY My Toyota Camry has been pretty good to me for a very long time until recently when my transmission started slipping while driving to my daughter to swim class. So I pulled over and called Delta Auto Protect 24 hour customer service line. They arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and provided a rental car. All for a low deductible. Then an ASE certified technician repaired my transmission and they explained to me that the issue was my left front axle seal was leaking causing my transmission to dry up. My car is like brand new again thanks to the qualified technicians and quality care from Delta Auto Protect.

GBMy dealer will no longer deal with them… My dealer will no longer deal with them due to non-payment. The one dealer service center I was able to get to accept them can't get in touch with them. This is not surprising as I can't get them to return my calls. Whenever you call them, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before you can speak with anybody and when you do, expect to be treated with rudeness and condescension. I highly suggest that you don't waste your hard-earned money with this company. They reek of dishonesty and are actively shortchanging customers and repair shops.
