Saved Me Money on an Expensive Repair I purchased an extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect, unsure if I would ever end up using it. However, last week my car started making a grinding noise whenever I would turn around a corner. I knew something was wrong, so I took it in for repair. The mechanic determined that I needed to replace a rear axle. The cost without my warranty was outrageous, but when my coverage from Delta Auto Project was applied, I ended up only being responsible for a very fair and affordable deductible. My car drives smoothly again, and the repair didn't break the bank.

Completely dishonest company Completely dishonest. Waiting 6 months for reimbursement. Dozens of calls - never returned, dozens of emails - no response. I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they are getting no response also. STAY AWAY from this one! They suck you in with low quotes - they can afford to because they don't seem to pay claims!

Red Alert !!!!!!! Red Alert !!!!!!! Do Not Use this Company. I have been. Waiting 10 months for a refund. Delta continues to Delay Delta Delay. Customer service is non existent. Unable to talk to anyone else. Takes on average 30 minutes for anyone to pickup. In 10 months I have received only one E-mail with false processing promises. Delta just continues to shift responsibility. Delay and misdirection is their plan until one gives up. Terrible Company. Save yourself a lot of grief. Do not deal with these guys.

Service Contract SCAM To whom it may concern: On 12-15-2015 I purchased an extended service warranty from Delta Auto for $1500 dollars. On 4-23-19 I took the auto in to get some problems repaired. The repair shop called Delta & they approved the repairs & said that they were covered under the service contract. As of today 6/25/2020 they still haven’t been paid for the repairs. The company is being sued by the attorney general of Pennsylvania for a car scam. I would like your company to reverse the $1500 that I paid because the company (Delta Auto) is a scam.

BBB rates them an F BBB rates them an F, so scam scam beware, delta auto protect is a scam. They have several hundreds of pending complaints with the better business bureau and many lawsuits. Do not sign up for them, the 5 star reviews are fake and written by delta auto protect. Check Yelp and bbb for the reviews, 1 star rating on Yelp and rated F on BBB. Buyer beware of this fraudulent scam known as delta auto protect.
