This is the worst warranty company I… This is the worst warranty company I have ever experienced and may be the worst company I have ever experienced period. When you have a claim they do not even bother denying it or reducing the charge, they just don't return any calls, emails or faxes. You make a claim, they say they are reviewing it and then they stop responding. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and fax and they just do not respond. DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Delta Auto Protect, 5 stars I definitely give Delta Auto Protect 5 stars. My 2016 Toyota Camry had a nasty radiator leak and Delta Auto Protect paid for it to be replaced, brand new. The extended warranty is definitely of value. Roadside assistance is also a great addition and came in handy for me once I became stranded with my newborn daughter in the car. Absolutely the best policy at the best price! All I paid out of pocket was my low deductible.

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES DO NOT, DO NOT do business with this company under any circumstances. My husband and I have experienced egregious delays in honoring our warranty agreement for repairs on our car. Numerous phone calls and abhorrent hold times all to be told that they will get back to us, they will send an inspector out to speak with the mechanic and inspect the car, etc, etc. Our car has been in the shop now for over 2 months without any decision on whether or not it will be approved for repairs. We have submitted all required paper work detailing upkeep and maintenance on the vehicle. At this point, I have to question their solvency. Otherwise there is no rationale as to why such egregious delays.

If you own a repair shop beware If you own a repair shop beware. Twice I had to file complaints with the proper government agencies to get payment. They paid then, but lied about what happened stating we never sent paperwork or called. Like people will take time to file a complaint instead of calling them to ask for payment. One of their managers made sarcastic comments when I said how long was I waiting for payment.

This is Big SCAMMER!! This is Big SCAMMER!!! I bought extended warranty . For $2500 plus they never cover anything from my BMW . When I claim about my car wiping . There ignore my phone calls until I’ve ask. I want my money back since that you are not covering anything. They sent me cancellation form to sign . And after I’ve sign they didn’t return my money $2500 . Big Scams.
