GBIf I could give a 0 stars I would If I could give a 0 stars I would. I called yesterday because our AC is out and it 100 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside. They have ONE contractor that they use in our ENTIRE area, ONE! We are in Boise, there are 1,000 HVAC companies around us. Their ONE contractor isn’t available for A WEEK!!!!! And they refuse to let us call someone else and get reimbursed. TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE these guys!

GBHorrible service and few service providers They have very few service providers, so you end up spending hours on the phone with them to try to find someone in your area. They often assign me to a provider, only to be told by that plumber, electrician, or appliance repair person either that 1) they don't work in our area and/or 2) that they no longer work with Landmark because they are so difficult to get paid and work for. Landmark often refuses to pay for things that should be covered and is all around a huge headache. Save yourself the time and money and go with another warranty company.

GBBeware!! Called out Landmark to check central air/furnace blower since unit was shaking and making noise. Service technician found motor bearing going bad but stated that landmark would not pay until unit stopped working. By the time the blower unit might stop working it might cause much greater damage. Called out a independent contractor to replace blower. Not much use in warranty.

GBEvery Single Step is Painful We have had Landmark for years and they are horrible. While I was deployed they left my wife without working AC in the heat of an Arizona summer (later lost a class action lawsuit for leaving thousands of customers in similar situation). The latest issue is the constant struggle arguing over repair or replacement of appliances. Every single step is painful and I can’t take it anymore. This last round I had to file with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Office just to get them to have a reasonable conversation. Use them at your own risk. After this last round no coverage has to be better than the pain I get from dealing with them.

GBAC replacement AC replacement. I have been working with Landmark for three months now on an issue involving our AC. 1. They had no service providers near my location. (Find a contractor near your location) Three separate contractors verified the unit needed to be replaced. 2. Landmark wants to talk to contractors. However, the contractors would hang up after 15 minutes on hold. They have a job to do. 3. Landmark knows this and keeps the contactors holding knowing they will hang up. 4. Can you provide the contact information on your closest service provider to me? I'll pay for the travel. 5. "I can only provide contact information on a provider near you. Since there are no contractors near you, I cannot provide this information
