GBI sincerely wish there was a “ less… I sincerely wish there was a “ less than 1 star” Option. After sending a contractor out for a range repair, the supposed repair resulted in my oven catching fire. I reported the issue to both the contractor and to Landmark and also requested a callback from a supervisor because the individual that responded to the service appointment was being guided through the repair virtually by someone on the other end of his phone. It was very clear that the “technician” at my home was not experienced enough to work independently. The initial service call took place Oct. 12, 23 and today is Nov. 14, 23 and to this moment I have no cooking source and no assistance from Landmark. Apparently there has been no supervisor available for an entire month! Buyer beware when considering Landmark Home Warranty and be extremely careful utilizing the services of Exmore Repair Services. Alex is a very kind young man but definitely doesn’t know what he’s doing. Maytag has instructed me to refrain from plunging in my range as it was left in a very dangerous state. SO MUCH FOR HAPPY HOLIDAY MEALS AT OUR HOUSE 💔

GBNegative 3 stars. Id go lower if I could. They lie don't send you any fine print in advance and the coverage won't replace a single item. Them again they deny your claim anyway and in my case ( a pool/hot tub) they don't have any one in THE ENTIRE STATE that's willing to work with them because of refusal to pay, late payments and underpayment. Bait and switch in the dictionary has a picture of their logo.I hope oregon shuts them down again and permanently this time

GBcompany does not deal honestly Landmark is a classic example of an insurance company that makes money by finding ways to deny claims. I was a loyal customer for over a year and finally called on them to fix a leak in my washing machine. They decided my claim was excluded "secondary damage" because a defective spring broke, causing another part to crack. This is a totally twisted reading of the policy, but good luck fighting that when you are scrambling to get your washer repaired so you can keep your kids in clean clothes. Landmark is NOT there for you when you need them. Buyer beware.

GBMy fridge died the end of May My fridge died the end of May, and the contractor recommended it be replaced. After Landmark finally decided to do that they sent us $500.00 and after a poor review the case was reconsidered by Tiffany Nguyen and now they are sending a check for $699.00 that covers the new fridge we purchased. I feel bad it took a bad review to get what we should have received in the first place.

GBEvery Single Step is Painful We have had Landmark for years and they are horrible. While I was deployed they left my wife without working AC in the heat of an Arizona summer (later lost a class action lawsuit for leaving thousands of customers in similar situation). The latest issue is the constant struggle arguing over repair or replacement of appliances. Every single step is painful and I can’t take it anymore. This last round I had to file with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Office just to get them to have a reasonable conversation. Use them at your own risk. After this last round no coverage has to be better than the pain I get from dealing with them.
