I love my new hearing aids I love my new hearing aids! They're far better than any others I've ever had. The only problem I had was that when they were set up (on zoom) to connect with my phone, somehow all my phone contacts were erased, and it's been difficult to retrieve them. Otherwise, it's been good. Thank you

Amazingly fast and very competent service Very fast response to questions, as well as very fast shipping. They shipped my hearing aids out 2 days after I ordered them. They quickly followed up with a video call to "fine tune" them. Compared to working with an audiologist office (which I did last time) it was a nearly miraculous short time from ordering to having my hearing aids perfectly adjusted. And needless to say, their prices are unbeatable.

Severe hearing troubles With the severe hearing loss I have, from start to the arrival and into the programming of the hearing aids has been great. Still getting used to them as I’ve only had these a couple of weeks. So far so good. The staff has been great to work with. From emails, phone calls and texts, top notch service.
