GBUpon purchasing the hearing aids the… Upon purchasing the hearing aids the representative contacted me and informed me on what to expect. Each followup was on time and the process was seamless. The hearing specialist was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of caring regarding my hearing experience with my new Phonak Audéo 9 hearing aids. This is my first hour with these hearing aids and they feel and sound very well. Maybe I will do a followup review in a couple of weeks. It feels like I will be raving about my Phonak Audèo L9 series.

GBSo far I’m amazed So far I’m amazed! They have outstanding deals on their website (and let’s be honest hearing aids are very expensive). You can communicate with them via text messages and emails and they are VERY responsive! This is so comfortable for people with hearing disability like myself. Trey Peach was fast, effective and to the point! Knowledgeable person! Made this whole process a pleasure! You can use a few payments methods as well so that is just so thoughtful! They also accept Care Credit! Yey! Cannot wait to receive my hearing aids soon!

AUExcellent service Will, the Direct Hearing audiologist was great. Knew what he was doing and ran the entire hearing aid review and update process very professionally. Made the whole process easy. Best decision i have made was to buy from Direct Hearing even though I had some reservations being in Australia. Everything from purchase to adjustment has been great. They do exactly what they say.
