Upon purchasing the hearing aids the… Upon purchasing the hearing aids the representative contacted me and informed me on what to expect. Each followup was on time and the process was seamless. The hearing specialist was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of caring regarding my hearing experience with my new Phonak Audéo 9 hearing aids. This is my first hour with these hearing aids and they feel and sound very well. Maybe I will do a followup review in a couple of weeks. It feels like I will be raving about my Phonak Audèo L9 series.

The Phonak Audeo L90's are life… The Phonak Audeo L90's are life changing. 10 years ago I spent 8 grand on junk and little support from the audiologist who sold them to me. These state of the art aids cost a fraction and the online support and fine tuning I received from Will is nothing less than awesome! Highly recommend.

Excellent service Will, the Direct Hearing audiologist was great. Knew what he was doing and ran the entire hearing aid review and update process very professionally. Made the whole process easy. Best decision i have made was to buy from Direct Hearing even though I had some reservations being in Australia. Everything from purchase to adjustment has been great. They do exactly what they say.

AMAZING Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING Customer service. I was very skeptical at first since I had always dealt with local hearing aid companies. I had ordered and was using the Signia C&G 7IX from one of those local companies. I paid $4200 for the pair. I only had them for two weeks and saw the Direct Hearing website offering them for over $1000 less!. I immediately returned the pair I had just bought and was told that Direct Hearing prices weren't true, and that I would have to pay for every adjustment, and that they were probably a bogus company. NOT TRUE!!!! I ordered them and got them within a week. Direct Hearing immediately responded to my text messages, set up a remote consult, and adjustments. Will Russell was FABULOUS! I was a bit nervous about a remote adjustment, but it went SO SMOOTHLY I will forever use Direct Hearing!
