First time prescription glasses customer I ordered many times before from Smartbuyglasses and mostly received good service. First time ordering prescription glasses and timeframe from ordering to delivery was very efficient. There was an issue with my prescription but a Service Manager was allocated to my query and was really efficient in addressing my problem and offered a satisfactory solution within 24 hours of being escalated.

Great product The product was exactly as supposed. Delivery took some time and the courier FedEx was a mess though.

So happy with my sunglasses! I bought the same sunglasses at a well known store that fills sunglasses prescriptions, and they were unable to do it based on the level of my prescription. I found the sunglasses on this website and did not have high hopes that my prescription would work for the sunglasses I chose.
