Great Glasses, Fair Price & Fast Service I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and was pleased when they arrived within 7 business days. I made a mistake when placing my online order, so I emailed customer service the next day when I realized the error. They responded very quickly and passed on the correct information to the Optical team. The glasses fit perfectly, which is unusual for me because I typically have an issue with glasses being too loose. The website was easy to navigate and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Nice experience Easy to search, order and chat for help. Ordered frames for my wife’s broken glasses. They came and were exactly like the ones that were broken. Took them to Costco where we originally purchased the prescription reading glasses. They had told us previously they could not order a new frame as they were discontinued. They took the lenses out of the broken pair and inserted them in the new pair. They fit perfect! End of story.

Product exceeded my expectations! I received my frames today and I’m totally impressed! They were exactly like my previous Kate Spade ♠️ frames that my dog previously destroyed! I popped the lenses out of my old frames and they fit perfectly into the new ones! They came well packaged in a Kate Spade case with a Kate Spade cleaning cloth! I have searched for these frames for over a year because they had been discontinued! I’m so grateful that I was able to find them through this site! I would definitely order again. The shipping did take a little long than I expected, but definitely worth the wait!
