First time ordering prescription glasses and timeframe from ordering to delivery was very efficient. There was an issue with my prescription but a Service Manager was allocated to my query and was really efficient in addressing my problem and offered a satisfactory solution within 24 hours of being escalated.

Nice experience Easy to search, order and chat for help. Ordered frames for my wife’s broken glasses. They came and were exactly like the ones that were broken. Took them to Costco where we originally purchased the prescription reading glasses. They had told us previously they could not order a new frame as they were discontinued. They took the lenses out of the broken pair and inserted them in the new pair. They fit perfect! End of story.
