This is my first time ordering contacts… This is my first time ordering contacts lenses. Contacts Express reach out to me and helped me with every step of my order. The customer service (Tony B.) was honest and helpful, I appreciate it the help. Plus my English is not perfect, they are patient and will explain everything. I’m definitely excited to receive my lenses and try them!

The contacts came quickly and we the… The contacts came quickly and we the correct prescription. Ordering was not as easy, if I go to my order in progress, it keeps adding additional contacts. I had 20 pairs in my cart at one point! I also got a pop-up for free sunglasses which I chose and then they never arrived. Ultimately, the contacts came and were my prescription.

Amazing experience - highly recommend! I made a mistake with my prescription and did not notice until after I received my order. I emailed customer service on a holiday weekend for help. Within two hours, they had a new order prepared and shipped out! Plus a return label emailed to me to send the wrong ones back.
