GBSizing problem? No problem! Had a sizing problem and Eyekeeper solved my problem completely for me. I neglected to notice that the glasses come in different widths and sizes and I guess I got the average size? I needed a smaller size but didn't contact them until I had used the glasses and disposed of all the packaging. They have offered me a partial refund which I will use to purchase a more favourable size. I'm happy! What great customer service!!

GBScrewless over sized glasses The screwless over sized glasses I bought look good, but within 2 weeks part of both arms has broken meaning they don't sit properly anymore. Its a shame but they don't look that robust.

NZGreat customer service When I contacted the team to let them know I didn’t receive my order, they revealed to me that it had in fact been sent to my previous address( my mistake entirely). However they very kindly offered to either refund or replace my original order much to my surprise as I had considered it “ lost”. Full marks for great customer service.
